Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than at least 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full session fee.

Play-based EMDR Therapy for Children & Youth

Therapists develop a customized treatment plan for the child/youth that uses an integrative therapeutic approach but primarily focuses on play-based techniques and EMDR to meet therapeutic goals.


Family Therapy

The therapist will work collaboratively with the family to customize a treatment plan that will best support family goals and maximize family functioning. The therapist will use an integrative therapeutic approach that may include EMDR if appropriate.


EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

EMDR with Sound Bath Add-Ons

Sarah is Certified in EMDR and as a Sound Practitioner. She is now offering Sound Bath Add-Ons to her EMDR sessions. This unique offering will integrate the grounding vibrational properties of sound with crystal singing bowls to compliment your EMDR session and create a deeply transformative experience.

I’m Sarah, my pronouns are she/her/hers. I am a practicing psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker with the British Columbia College of Social Workers. I graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2011. I later completed a Master of Social Work degree at Western University in 2018.
